Hello,
I’m so sorry for the delay in getting all of this to you.  Once the coronavirus thing hit, we were shut down and started renovating the office.

Here are the pages for the header.  Each main page is one continuous scrolling page with the “sub-links” linking and scrolling to that section of the page.  So 7 pages with 2 pages having 3 sub sections.

Home Page
[We need a continuously scrolling page that indicates we are an orthodontic office who specializes in aligning teeth and the bite.  We do traditional braces and clear aligners, including our own Glades Aligners and Invisalign.  We are based in a town, Clewiston, FL, that is termed the "Sweetest Town in Florida" due to sugar cane farming, so I was thinking of a tagline like "Sweetest Smiles in Florida."  We have 3 office locations, so if there is a way to embed 3 maps with our addresses and phone numbers with them on the home page that would be great.  I would like to highlight on the home page fairly prominently that we have up-to-date technology including a fully digital office with Ortho2 patient software, high-quality American-made orthodontic brackets, digital x-rays, intraoral 3D scanner, and 3D printers.
Below are links to the scanner and printer we have.  I’m not sure if you can use pictures from them for our website to highlight the technology we use.
Specifically, we have the Medit i500 scanner: https://www.medit.com/dental-clinic
(Not sure if you can legally use pics/info from there)
And a SprintRay Pro 3D printer: https://sprintray.com/pro-desktop-3dprinter/
(also not sure if you can use this site for pics/info)

Please incorporate the AAO logo, the ABO logo, the ADA logo, FDA logos, and (if possible) SAO logo on the home page and maybe the footer. (Attached in zip file – multiple file types and sizes included for your convenience.)

About Us
[We will use it to introduce the doctors and staff.  Below are the bios for everyone and attached is a zip file with pictures of everyone.  The headshots I have aren’t great, so you can use those now and just make place holders for them and I can add new ones later.]
Dr. Ed Cronauer
Born and raised in south Florida, Dr. Cronauer comes from a family of orthodontists.  His father practiced in Davie and Pembroke Pines, FL, for 32 years, and his sister and uncle are also orthodontists.  Dr. C received a degree in computer science from Duke University.  He is a 2014 graduate from the University of Florida College of Dentistry and attended the University of Connecticut for his orthodontic certificate and Masters in Dental Science.  In addition to his academic degrees, he is board certified and a diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics.  Only 1 in 3 orthodontists in the country are board certified.
In his residency, Dr. C’s research focused on creating 3D models of individual patients’ teeth for use in engineering software to calculate movements of the teeth from orthodontic forces.  These models were developed using the cone beam CT 3D x-rays, and this process that Dr. C began in his residency is currently being published in the Journal of Visualized Experiments.
One of Dr. C’s hobbies is computers and technology.  Orthodontics is changing rapidly, and new technology is an important part of the evolving field.  Dr. C is excited to integrate new 3D scanning technology into Glades Orthodontics and has years of experience with intraoral scanners, 3D printing, and clear aligners to offer the Clewiston, LaBelle, and Belle Glade communities.
Being a great orthodontist requires keeping up with advancements in the field, which is why Dr. C is a member of the American Board of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Florida Association of Orthodontists, Florida Dental Association, and the Southern Association of Orthodontists, where he often attends continuing education courses to keep current on the newest and most effective treatments in the field.
When not moving teeth, Dr. C enjoys working on cars, playing tennis and racquetball, and travelling and spending time at the beach with his wife Megan.

Dr. Chip Edwards
Dr. Earle Edwards has been creating beautiful smiles since 1979. Born and raised in Clewiston, Dr. Edwards is proud to serve the community he grew up in as well as the surrounding areas. He truly enjoys his work as well as the many friendships he’s built over the years with his patients and their families. He believes being an orthodontist is the best job he could ever have and loves seeing his patients show off their gorgeous smiles.

Dr. Edwards has received extensive training in dentistry and orthodontics in order to provide you with the best quality of care. He completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. After completing a General Practice Dental Residency at Baltimore City Hospital/Johns Hopkins University, he continued his studies at VCU, completing post Doctorate training in Orthodontics.

Dr. Edwards serves on the volunteer faculty for the University of Florida School of Dentistry – Pediatric Dental Residency Program.

To keep up to date on the latest orthodontic advancements, he maintains memberships in the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Florida Association of Orthodontists and the Southern Association of Orthodontists.

In giving back to the community, Dr. Edwards volunteers with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (since 1983) and Rotary International. He also participates in fundraisers for local private and public schools and numerous charity organizations.

Dr. Edwards and his wife, Mary, have four sons: Eric, Nathan, Jeffrey and Samuel. Dr. Edwards also enjoys hunting, fishing, cycling, fitness related activities and motorcycles.

Christine – Financial Coordinator and Office Manager
If you’ve been in the office or called on the phone, you know Chris.  She started with Dr. Edwards in 1988 and has continued with Glades Orthodontics.  Chris has done it all: she started her career assisting and has since transitioned into managing the front office from reception to financial.  She keeps us all organized and on task, a feat not easy to do!
Chris and her husband are staples of the Clewiston community as co-owners of Jimmy Pittman Electrical, Inc of Clewiston, which has helped us in the office quite a number of times as we have renovated and gone digital.  They are both involved with the chamber of commerce, and her husband, John, is an integral member of the Lyon’s Club.
Her hobbies include physical fitness and spending time at the beach.

Bonnie – Appointment and Treatment Coordinator
If you’ve been in the office or called on the phone, you also know Bonnie.  She started with Dr. Edwards in 1992 and has also continued with us at Glades Orthodontics.  Bonnie runs the front office, manages appointment scheduling, works with new patients at their first visit, and helps us with digital communication behind the scenes.
Bonnie is married with two children and four grandchildren. Outside the office, you can find Bonnie spending time with her family as well as enjoying the outdoors.

Debbie – Orthodontic Assistant
Debbie is a certified orthodontic assistant as well as a licensed dental radiographer who has been with Dr. Edwards since 1995 and has continued with us at Glades Orthodontics.  They say no plaque sneaks by Debbie.  If it’s there, you’ll know it, and it won’t be there for long. 
She was born and raised in Clewiston, which is how she helps our office be the place “where everyone (i.e. Debbie) knows your name.”  Dr. C is learning that if there is a problem, Debbie knows someone who can fix it.
Debbie is married and has two sons.  She enjoys physical fitness and spending time with family and friends.

Yesenia – Orthodontic Assistant
Yesenia joined the team as a certified orthodontic assistant in 2006.  She speaks English and Spanish, which is extremely helpful because Dr. C’s Spanish is very rusty.  Patients are always in great hands with Yesenia and full of smiles.
Outside the office, she keeps busy with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include helping her husband coach their son’s T-Ball league and spending time with family.

Shelby – Orthodontic Assistant
Shelby is a certified dental assistant, licensed dental radiographer, and lab technician who has been with the practice since 2013.  Shelby moved closer to the east coast and worked there for a couple years in an orthodontic office in Boca Raton.  After moving back to Moore Haven, she restarted with us in 2017.  Her time in Boca Raton, gave her experience with digital orthodontic technology, such as intraoral scanners and Invisalign, which she uses here at Glades Orthodontics.
Shelby is married with two children. In her spare time, you’ll find Shelby hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Orthodontic Treatment

About Orthodontics
Achieving a beautiful smile is often more than just straightening teeth.  Orthodontics deals with not only straightening the teeth, but also aligning the bite and working towards a balanced profile.  Properly fixing malocclusion (our fancy word for crowding, spacing, or protruded teeth) may require correcting the bite for necessary clearance.  This is why orthodontists are specialists who train for years after dental school regarding growth and development, tooth movement, and dentofacial orthopedics.
Ultimately, a malocclusion can affect the smile, the way a person chews, speaks, and can sometimes contribute to jaw pain.  Achieving a beautiful smile and proper bite can improve esthetics, speaking, bite comfort, and confidence.
When to get orthodontic care
The American Association of Orthodontics recommends children as young as 7 be seen by an orthodontist.  This is about a year after the first permanent teeth begin to erupt.  Our goal is to observe growth and tooth eruption and that they are following typical progression and to catch any early problems that could lead to later complications.
Our philosophy at Glades Orthodontics is that early treatment if necessary should be limited in scope to addressing targeted objectives for severe issues.  We prefer comprehensive treatment for patients at or slightly before all permanent teeth have erupted.  Being able to observe patients growth and development for years, helps determine the right time to start treatment.

Treatments
For achieving that dream smile, we offer a number of treatments.  At your consult, you can discuss the best options for your case with the doctor.
Traditional braces
We offer traditional metal braces for treatment, using modern low-profile and small body brackets for esthetics and comfort.  These new metal brackets are less obvious and more comfortable than metal brackets of years past.  Best of all, they are American made and manufactured in Wisconsin, not overseas!
Clear braces
Clear braces are great balance between the advantages of control and efficiency of metal braces with the esthetics of clear aligners.  Clear brackets blend in with the color of your teeth and become virtually invisible.
Glades Aligners
Glades Aligners are clear plastic trays similar to Invisalign that have tooth movements programmed into them to move your teeth according to your treatment plan.  We use our intraoral 3D scanner to take a digital scan of your teeth.  We have our own 3D software that the doctor uses to custom program your tooth movements.  Then, we print each programmed model of your teeth on our 3D printer and make your Glades Aligners in our office.  This gives Dr. C more control over your treatment for an optimum result and means less wait time to get your trays!
Invisalign
Invisalign is to clear aligners as Kleenex is to tissues.  That means, the function and end result is the same as Glades Aligners, but the process is slightly different.  Since, Invisalign manufactures the aligners, we take your scan and send it to them to process on the computer.  The doctor receives a digital model with movements programmed and customizes modificaitons and changes to achieve the patient’s treatment plan.  Once approved, aligners are manufactured and shipped to us where we monitor your treatment and resubmit for modifications.

What is board certification?
The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) is the only specialty certification board for orthodontics recognized by the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.   Dr. Cronauer took a written exam and attended a clinical examination session in St. Louis, MO, where he presented 6 clinical cases to board examiners.  These exams required hours of additional preparation beyond his 4 years of dental school training and 3 years of residency.  Less than a third of all orthodontists are board certified.

New patient page
[Just like the orthodontic treatment page, all content on one scrolling page with links to each section
This is where new patients will go to learn about their first visit in our office.  In addition, our new computer system that was installed can let them fill out forms online before coming into the office.  I will talk to the company about how to get a link to that for the website.
Can you create a page with the following content?  We can modify the text with minor changes later, and I will get the links or forms to embed for the patient information.  You can use stock photos for the page.]

Your First Visit
Welcome to our practice and thank you for considering Glades Orthodontics!  We know that choosing an orthodontist is an important decision, since the smile crafted will be with you for life.  If you do not already have an appointment with us, please call us [link to contact us page] or fill out this form [please create a link to a form page where they can put their name, number, email, and brief message that it can email us at frontdesk@gladesorthodontics.com in order to contact them back and make an appointment], and we will reach out to schedule you.
At your first visit with us, we will get to know you and collect medical and dental history information.  Much of this information can be completed before your visit securely online and will automatically upload into your secure patient chart in preparation for your first visit.  If applicable, please share any insurance information you have with us and bring it to your appointment.  We will work with you and your carrier to streamline the process for you.
At your visit, we will take photos, x-rays, and a scan of your teeth if we need to make models.  The doctor will visit with you to examine your teeth and bite and will review the records with you to determine what treatment, if any, is needed.
The treatment coordinator will then walk you through the details of the process, including cost and payment options, scheduling, and answer any questions you may have.
We look forward to meeting you!

Appointments
Life is very busy these days among work, school, and family!  In addition, we have patients that travel to see us from over an hour away.  Therefore, we have engineered our treatment to be as efficient for you as possible.
Your typical initial complementary consultation combines what used to be 2 or 3 visits into one appointment that is 45 minutes long, where we take all records, perform an exam, and consult on your records.  A typical appointment to bond braces typically takes about an hour.  Depending upon everyone’s schedules, some patients get their braces the same day!
Once treatment begins, you will typically see us at 6 to 10 week intervals.  The new heat-activated nickel titanium wires we use allow us to extend time between appointments while increasing tooth movement and treatment efficiency.  This means less visits, less travelling, and less time missed from school or work.
Toward the end of treatment, appointment intervals may reduce to 4 weeks to make finer adjustments to perfect your smile.  The removal visit is typically a longer appointment at about an hour’s time.  After delivering retainers, patients visit us for one more check to ensure retainers are fitting well and being worn.
Of course, this typical treatment sequence is in regards to traditional braces.  For clear aligners, the first and last appointments are typically not as long, since most of the fabrication process happens in our office before your visit.  Time is spent at your appointment placing or removing attachments.
